Oh hey! Decided to.. write a short journal because my last one was five weeks ago XD
Um.. I'm back home from college, winter holiday of 7 weeks~ so.. Happy Thanksgiving to whoever celebrates it and stuff.
Um.. yeah.. that's all, sorry x:

After the FYE class we went to the Sakura Sushi café, or something XD It was sooo nice!
And I was really happy because there were people sitting behind us who were speaking Russian ;D
Man.. In Florida I never ran into anyone who spoke Russian. Here nearly everyone I pass is speaking Polish, Russian, or some other Slavic lanuage~ weeee

Saskia and me got up at around.. 14:00, haha, and decided it was a nice day to go out for a picnic. So that's what we did. We went to Panera Bread, got some delicious sandwiches, got tea at CVS, and went to Forsyth park and had a little picnic :B Then Saskia's friend Winston came over and we went and hung out at his apartment for a few hours or so, and just talked and looked at Playboy magazines. Well, only one, we got bored.
And I was acting so weird the whole time, I was giggly and talkative, and I just said such random things. And I offered them to feel my boney arm, what? XD

You guys haven't seen it.. and it'll take a while before you do. But in my 2D Design class we had this assignment not too long ago where we needed to show either Rhythm with curved lines, or Depth with all straight lines. So I did rhythm. And we needed to use 200 lines, give or take a few.

So everyone did these designs that looked, well, like flowers, waves, swirls, feathers, objects.. pretty much. Not quite objects or shapes, but they were kind of recognizable in my opinion~ And my piece was the last one to get critiqued. First off, unlike with the other works being critiqued every one was talking amongst themselves, they got eeirily quiet when we got to mine.

I'm standing there by my piece and I have to explain why I did it a certain way. To be honest I wasn't thinking anything in particular and I just did the asignment.. I was mostly worried that I'd do it incorrectly. But I said some BS that I was listening to The Doors and The Beatles' yellow submarine albums while I was working on it. And so with the different music and whatnot the lines would sometimes change direction. Then my goofy side popped up when I noticed how the last section was really wonky and I added in that I may have gotten bored toward the end.. Which made some people chuckle.

Back to the point! So the prof gives me this awkwardly serious look, which I didn't know how to react to, and then he made a joke about me taking 'shrooms whilst drawing it. Which made me smile and whatever. So they tried to talk about it but it wasn't working out? They just kept saying how sensitive it was, and how it looked oddly more psychedelic than the actual psychedelic pieces. Which left me confused! But he liked it, and I got a 9.25/10 on it :D

Today I went to him for my midterm conference and the first thing he said.. I mean the second. The first thing, other than salutations, was a question about who I keep drawing. I had a corner of a sketchbook page with army Joey, and he thought it was him -haha. Anyways, the second thing he said was that my line piece really affected and moved the other mates in the class. Which I was kind of bewildered about. I don't think it's very amazing at all. But he said it was very interesting, how it was so delicate and sensitive compared to the others'.

That made me happy. He also told me to talk more in class and try to actually say/ask questions and things I don't understand. The problem though is I understand what's going on, and if I do have a question someone else usually gets to it before me so it's already answered by then.

That got off topic a lot, I apologize -haha.

Just got the movie, yay XD So expect more to come :)

Ok, so I watched <i>A Clockwork Orange</i> yesterday.. and.. I'm not sure if I liked it -haha. It was very bizarre and creepy. I absolutely loved how it was filmed, and the imagery and stuff. So strange though XD. I was freaked out and disturbed most of the time, but .. enjoying the movie? I'm not sure. I mostly actually felt really really bad for Alex, towards the end or the second part of the movie. But most of the time I just thought he was an insane freak.. which he was.
And I am drinking moloko right now, and hangin' with my droogs, it's true ya' bums XD.

Today my grandmother and Stan visited me at the school and kidnapped me around 11? Well I woke up at 10:38 by my grandma's phone-call XD. Then we went on the trolly and toured the city which was pretty damn cool. Learned plenty about the city's history and fun stuff like that. Then we went and ate food at this little train place thing~ Um.. today I had very bad luck with food XD. I ordered a BLT(bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich) but they didn't have tomatoes left. And when we had dinner I wanted a pizza with sausage, but they had run out of sausage! Ended up getting mushroom instead.

After the lunch thing, we went and one of the churches, I forgot which (sucky memory). It was simply gorgeous inside! Marvelous stained-glass and everything. Then we went to an art museum which, frankly, disappointed me a bit. The artwork inside was pretty nice, well very nice actually. I thought it was wonderful! But the presentation for m personally kind of sucked. The walls were dirty, there were random curtains. In other rooms with only paintings, the paintings were crooked, looked as though they'd fall off or something.

But it was ok, silly thing to complain about. My day with them was great though, I had missed them! :heart: I'll see my family again for Thanksgiving, our break, and will be home for 7 WEEKS! XDDD;

Saskia and me spent pretty much the entire day riding our bikes around Savannah. It was so lovely out today!
We ate at this nice place, and I had a terrific BLT!
We also went and found where the bench in <i>Forrest Gump</i> was located :D My favourite film! XD So, took a photo on a bench in that square. The bench from the movie isn't there :/ Pity.
Then we went up to River Street, and there was Octoberfest. I knew there was something going on but I forgot what XD It was really nice and fun!
